Proactive Health and Wellness Management
The EverSafe has a user friendly interface provides a more comprehensive view of an individuals’ health and device status. EverSafe integrates an individuals’ health measurements, activity level, location information, and personal safety status, which sends alerts when readings exceed pre-determined target range. This allows the individual and their caregivers to proactively and remotely assist in managing the individuals’ well being.
EverSafe is populated with timely objective health assessments, daily activity data, location details, falls, or emergency events. This is detected and collected from virtually anywhere through the MobileSafe with GPS unit, a combined Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (mPERS) and telehealth device, to enable effective care team communication and improved overall care management.
The ongoing insights provided by EverSafe enables caregivers, friends, family, and the SafeGuard Emergency Response Center to cooperatively provide support and encouragement, actively engage in, or proactively intervene in the daily activities and security of the individual. The key objective is to empower individuals to be more accountable for their health, to prevent any health crises, and to ultimately live a longer and healthier life.
