SafeGuard’s Shipping Policy

All medical alert equipment will be securely shipped free of charge to customers located in the continental United States and Canada, using a shipping company chosen by SafeGuard.

All medical alert products will be shipped during regular business hours. Orders that are placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the next business day. For expedited or overnight delivery, an additional charge will be applied to the customer’s account.

Please contact one of SafeGuard’s knowledgeable customer service representatives for more detailed information about when your medical alert product will be shipped. If there are any expected delays in shipping, one of our customer service representatives will contact the customer by phone or email to inform them of the delay. SafeGuard will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to conditions beyond our control by the delivery companies involved.
